There were very good staff and rooms for a really comfortable stay. Besides, the parking was outside. Positioned in the very nice area, near the highway, restaurants and the interstate.

Rooms are non-smoking, excellent bar. Takeout breakfast. Location is remote, conveniently positioned hotel. Besides, Pratt's Chapel is 10 minutes' drive away.

The staff was friendly efficient and the stay certainly was great value. Terrific room, well prepared breakfast. Beautiful garden and clean pool. The hotel was reasonably clean and the location was fab.

Wi-Fi was very spotty, made me a little nervous.

Warm room, exceptionally comfortable bed, courteous staff. They made my stay great. I got free upgrade and appreciated it. Plus their wifi was free.

Dirty bathroom, and the breakfast was very poor.

Highly convenient location, well organized breakfast, scenic room. Georgian style hotel with cozy furniture in the rooms. Staff were decent and kept the place spotlessly clean. All in all a special venue and luxurious stay...

it was a decent stay, absolutely gorgeous place. the location was nice, the bed was lovely, and the staff was very responsive. i liked a minimalist decor and brand new furniture. the english breakfast was included and had plenty of food.

Fairly clean and family friendly place. We got room with beautiful decor and a spotlessly clean bathroom to relax. Plus it was tidy and the bed was comfy.

Wi-fi was awful.

It is a perfect hotel and I loved its neat rooms and gracious personnel. East Knoxville district is worth seeing.

Such great stay. By and large, it was perfect place for sightseeing in Knoxville, had much fun. It was conveniently located, easy to move around. Irish bar and staff was funny!

Hotel was deluxe and very clean. The location is extremely very good. Climate control, ironing facilities and a radio were available in our deluxe queen room.

There is dust in some places.
